Dana Labit
It is only by the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, that Brother Dana Labit prayed to receive Christ as his personal Savior in Bunkie, Louisiana in 1980. In 1992, Dana joined the United States Navy. In 1996, he married Anna Arriola of Alice, Texas. While stationed in Okinawa, Japan, Dana surrendered to full-time ministry in 2005 at Maranatha Baptist Church. Anna later surrendered to full-time ministry at Lighthouse Baptist Church in Sasebo, Japan. Dana was licensed to preach the Gospel in 2010. After reaching over twenty years of military service in 2013, Dana retired from the United States Marine Corps and began training under the leadership of Pastor Gary Craft at Maranatha Baptist Church. Prior to this he and Anna were appointed as missionaries through Baptist International Missions, Inc. in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
Dana received a secular Bachelor of Science degree in Earth Science from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas. He received his Graduate of Theology Diploma from Freedom Baptist Bible Institute in Columbus, Georgia. Dana also earned his Advanced Bible Diploma from Faith Bible Institute of Monroe, Louisiana in the spring of 2016.
